These terms govern your use of DAWG Studio ("Service"), operated by DAWG Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
DAWG Studio is a web-based AI-powered recording studio. We provide tools for vocal recording, real-time audio effects, AI coaching, and audio export. The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Free tier: Limited sessions per week, basic features, no payment required.
Pro ($19/mo): Unlimited sessions, priority rendering, advanced features. 7-day free trial.
Studio ($49/mo): Everything in Pro plus AI voice model training, multi-track recording, commercial license, priority support. 7-day free trial.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You own everything you create. All vocal recordings, exports, and clips you produce using DAWG Studio are yours. We claim no ownership or license to your creative output. For Free and Pro tiers, exports are licensed for personal and non-commercial use. The Studio tier includes a commercial license for all exports.
DAWG Studio uses AI for vocal effects processing, beat analysis, coaching suggestions, and voice commands. AI features are tools that assist your creative process. The final creative decisions are always yours. We do not use your recordings to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
You agree not to use the Service to create content that infringes copyright or intellectual property, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models, share account access with others, use automated tools to access the Service (unless via our API), or upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during the beta period. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for data loss — please export important recordings regularly.
During the beta, features may change without notice, we may reset or modify tiers, and we welcome feedback (email hello@dawgstudio.com). Beta users who provide feedback may receive extended free access or discounts at our discretion.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. If you cancel within the 7-day trial, you will not be charged. Refund requests within 14 days of charge will be honored. Contact billing@dawgstudio.com for refund requests.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAWG Studio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
